Services we provide for you as a job-seeker: We will help you to find and keep a job in the community. We will meet with you a number of times to get to know you and your skills and aptitude for work. This information helps guide the job search and negotiations for a paid job. Finding employment can take a long time, so to be successful you will need a mixture of motivation and patience! Once you are offered a job, we come with you to the work site. We will help you to master the tasks and to get comfortable with your new co-workers. We then begin to fade away gradually as you become more independent! Services we provide for you as an employer: Our employment services support both the job-seeker and you, the employer to develop a win-win situation. Our services are at no cost to you or our clients. The types of positions that we can negotiate are entry level, usually part time, either pre-existing or created for a specific purpose according to your business needs. On site job coaching is provided to supplement the training you give to your new employee. We ensure that the new employee is comfortably assimilated into your workplace culture. We can also educate existing employees on how to better work and communicate with their new team member. Follow up support (on and off site) is provided to both the new employee and you, the employer. Once the new team is working well together we gradually fade out support altogether. After that, if there are any questions that come up at a later date you are very welcome to give us a call and we can become involved again. This service creates a positive scenario that enables you to diversify your workforce successfully and get the employees you need!
